Our Composite Door Guarantee
Our composite doors are covered by a comprehensive guarantee. We know the doors are extremely high
quality, made from the best materials and manufactured to percision. Consequently, we guarantee that:
- Should any fault appear as a result of defective materials or workmanship within a ten year period from the date of supply, Intron Limited (“the Company”) will repair or supply replacement goods free of charge.
- Such repairs or replacements will be carried out following a satisfactory site inspection and report by the Company.
- The Company shall not be responsible for the cost of installation of any part being replaced, or any associated costs howsoever caused.
- The scope of this guarantee does not cover parts supplied by secondary suppliers or not manufactured by Intron Limited.
- This guarantee will not apply to normal wear and tear, faults due to accidental damage, faults due to misuse, faults due to poor installation or glass breakages.
- Hygrothermal distortion is guaranteed not to exceed 4mm warp or twist during the guarantee period.
- This guarantee is only valid if the door is installed in accordance with our installation instructions. Attachment of additional accessories will negate this guarantee unless approved in writing by the Company.
- The guarantee is offered by the Company exclusively to the customer invoiced for the products under guarantee and is not transferable unless agreed in writing by the Company.
- Written notice of any complaint is required immediately upon discovery and the Company shall not be responsible for any deterioration caused by delay in reporting.
- This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, normal statutory rights.
